We work directly with local leaders to leverage existing community networks and create an action plan that focuses on each community’s most dire needs. Through engaging with leaders, collective action, and joint investment, we can maximize program integration and address the community’s needs, particularly regarding technical infrastructure. Our work so far has led us to implement women’s and mental health services, leadership training programs, and much more.
